Eligibility Criteria - Post-wise Details

  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university or institute, along with proficiency in the local language prescribed by the participating RRB. Working knowledge of computers is desirable.
  • Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager): Graduation in any discipline, with preference given to candidates holding a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy, along with local language proficiency. Working knowledge of computers is desirable.
  • Officer Scale II, General Banking Officer: Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50 percent marks, preference for candidates with a degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture and allied fields, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy, along with 2 years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
  • Officer Scale II, Chartered Accountant: Must have passed the CA exam from ICAI India, with 1 year of experience as a Chartered Accountant.
  • Officer Scale II, Law Officer: Degree in Law from a recognised university with a minimum of 50 percent marks in aggregate, along with 2 years of experience as an advocate or as a Law Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
  • Officer Scale II, Marketing Officer: MBA degree in Marketing from a recognised university, with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Officer Scale II, Treasury Manager: CA qualification or an MBA degree in Finance from a recognised university, with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Officer Scale II, Agriculture Officer: Graduation degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Engineering, or Pisciculture, with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Officer Scale II, Information Technology Officer: Graduation degree in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, or Information Technology with a minimum of 50 percent marks, with 1 year of relevant experience. A certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, or OCP is desirable.
  • Officer Scale III, Senior Manager: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50 percent marks in aggregate, preference for candidates with a degree or diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture and allied fields, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
